DuPont Cromax Pro

We've gone waterborne! Vehicles repaired at our facility are painted with DuPont Cromax Pro; an advanced waterborne technology from DuPont. When used to repair your vehicle, DuPont Cromax Pro reduces solvent emissions, resulting in cleaner air for our community. In the next few years the government will be regulating refinish products to ensure only materials with low VOC (volatile organic compound) ratings will be available. This translates into a greener method for repairs that release less harmful chemicals into the air and a safer work environment for our employees.

To accommodate this change our painters underwent an intensive course at Dupont's training facility in Ajax followed by a week of in house monitoring by our Dupont rep. The conversion was seamless and we are now able to refinish in a way that's better for the Earth while maintaining a fast turnover time and great colour matching.

Recycling

Speaking of green - did you know that not all damaged plastic parts are scrap? A local recycling company picks up our damaged bumpers, melts and turns them into small pellets which are then recycled into new plastic.
